Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Night Shift Specialty Welder with skills in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding. The role offers competitive pay and requires attention to detail in welding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses.
• Prep, fit, and weld parts to meet blueprint specs and tolerances.
• Work with carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed.
• Inspect your own work using measuring tools (tape, calipers, etc.).
• Keep your workspace clean and safe.
• Work with the team to keep production on track.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and flux core welding (all three required).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail (not production 'slap it together' welding).
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Comfortable with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Reliable and consistent — especially on night shift.
