Overview

Solenis is a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, offering a range of products for water treatment and operational efficiency. The Machine Operator in the Bleach Room will perform routine manufacturing tasks to support production needs safely.

Responsibilities

• Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drums.
• Fill containers manually using a hose and valve from the holding tank or tote.
• Lift 1.5-gallon bottles or smaller into boxes and add inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping.
• Hand-place caps or pumps on designated lines.
• Weld caps using the ultrasonic welder.
• Palletize items at the end of any line.
• Maintain a clean work area daily.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day.
• Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending and stretching on a daily basis.
• Must ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and follow PPE policies.
• Must be able to solve mathematical problems at the high school level.
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing role preferred.
