Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency, contributing to high-quality construction and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW welding techniques to join various metals.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and fabrication equipment.
• Measure materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, and perform basic math calculations.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling.
• Fabricate ductwork, pipe threading, sheet metal structures, and mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, and FCAW welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Experience with rigging operations including crane use.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with schematics for mechanical assemblies.
• Valid certification or demonstrated experience in welding, machining, or related fields.
