Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GTAW Welder to join our production team in Wilson, NC. This role offers an opportunity to develop an advanced career in aerospace welding, performing high-quality precision welding on thin-gauge materials in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment according to technical drawings and WPS parameter ranges.
• Execute manual, semiautomatic, mechanized, and automatic GTAW welding operations on various thin-gauge materials.
• Examine welds according to visual inspection and commercial quality criteria, and repair welds based on rejection sheets and NDT analysis.
• Adhere to company safety and compliance standards, maintaining a clean work area.
• Assist in training other welders and interpret technical documents as needed.

Requirements

• Typically requires HS diploma or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• 1+ years GTAW welding experience and/or 1+ years welding fabrication experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Additional Information

• Work hours are Monday-Friday; 3:30PM-11:30PM with weekend overtime required.
• Position is onsite in Wilson, NC.
