Overview

Hadrian is a company focused on building autonomous factories to revolutionize manufacturing for aerospace and defense industries. The Welding Specialist will play a crucial role in the Special Projects division, contributing to advanced R&D initiatives and customer-driven innovation in a hands-on, technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding of aluminum and steel using GMAW and GTAW processes.
• Interpret welding codes, blueprints, CAD models, and welding procedure specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot weld-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support welding inspections and collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain and calibrate welding equipment and support various welding systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in welding, with expertise in GMAW and GTAW processes.
• Proven ability to weld aluminum and steel with understanding of weld techniques and joint design.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and working with part fixturing and lifting systems.
• Familiarity with welding in varied environments, including confined spaces and elevated work areas.
