Overview

Hadrian is a company focused on building autonomous factories to revolutionize manufacturing for aerospace and defense industries, enabling faster and cheaper production of critical parts. They are expanding their operations with a new facility in Mesa, Arizona, and are looking for skilled Welding Technicians and Operators to support their advanced manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment (manual and automated)
• Control weld parameters (current, voltage, travel speed)
• Inspect welds and identify defects
• Perform rework and basic troubleshooting
• Follow WPS and safety standards

Requirements

• Welding certification or equivalent experience
• Ability to read weld symbols and prints
• Experience with production welding
