Overview

Transvac is a world leader in providing innovative, custom-designed Ejector systems for the process industries. The Coded Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality components in line with ASME and EN/ISO standards, working with various materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld various items in accordance with ASME / EN/ISO standards.
• Produce goods of the highest standards of quality and accuracy to the required dimensions.
• Setup equipment and weld parts using TIG/MMA/MIG/MAG; Sub-arc beneficial but not essential.
• Work with various grades of material including stainless steel, low-temperature carbon steel, and duplex.
• Follow QA documents such as WPS’s, Weld Maps, and Quality Plans.
• Fabricate and weld pipework and vessels for the process, petrochemical, and offshore industries.
• Work to X-Ray standards.
• Read, understand, and follow all Safety, Quality, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

• Apprentice trained.
• Relevant industry experience.
