Overview

Westinghouse Electric Company is a leader in the nuclear energy sector, focusing on innovation and safety. They are seeking Welders to support production at their Monfalcone site, where the role involves executing various welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding using automatic processes such as SAW/ESW/GTAW HW with automatic welding equipment.
• Record essential welding parameters using a welding monitoring template.
• Verify the correct preparation of components and their surfaces for welding, using grinding machines if necessary.
• Detect equipment malfunctions or defects in materials and welds, notifying supervisors.
• Manually move components or use a forklift or overhead crane.

Requirements

• Technical vocational diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work three shifts: Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
