Job Title: Welder

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $32–$34 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 50–55 hours per week

Duration: 4-5 Months

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate can set up welding machines and equipment, read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications, perform welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing of products, and inspect work for accuracy and quality.

Must Have:

• Up-to-date welding certifications, including up to 4G

• Active driver’s license

• OSHA 10 or higher certificate

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products

• Install and repair various equipment and components

• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications

• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerances

• Operate machinery such as forklifts as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must have OSHA certification

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields

• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures

• Ability to handle physical workloads

• Ability to read shop drawings and follow verbal instructions

• At least one year of experience welding aluminum preferred
