Job Title: Welder Fabricator – Industrial Work

Location: Galveston, TX

Pay: $28–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Industrial Project Work

Hours: 55–65 hours per week, with some Saturdays required

Duration: 5-6 month project

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Welder Fabricators for ongoing industrial project in Galveston, TX.

This is a full-time opportunity for experienced tradespeople who take pride in producing high-quality welds and precise fabrication work in demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel and industrial components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.

• Measure, cut, and fit metal using various fabrication tools and equipment.

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, and supports.

• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area, following all OSHA and company safety guidelines. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial or structural setting.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and performing precise fabrication work.

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (certifications preferred).

• Must have own basic tools and PPE.

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic required.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• OSHA certification required.

• Pre-employment drug screening required. Benefits:
