Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on experience and weld test).

• Schedule: Full-time (Specify Shift, e.g., Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

• Opportunities: Overtime available and clear paths for career advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements.

• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments (MIG, TIG, or Stick—customize based on your shop).

• Perform basic shop tasks including grinding, cutting, and material handling.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following all PPE guidelines.

• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Levels:

• Entry-Level: Willingness to learn, basic knowledge of welding safety, and completion of a welding program or equivalent hands-on hobbyist experience.

• Experienced: Proven track record in a fabrication or manufacturing environment; ability to pass a weld test on-site.

• Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work with precision.

• Attitude: A "safety-first" mindset and a reliable work ethic.
