• MIG (GMAW) & TIG (GTAW): Perform high-quality welds in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).

• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, and specifications to plan layout and assembly.

• Fabrication: Use grinders, torches, and saws to prep materials; clamp and tack-weld parts according to dimensions

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of professional MIG and TIG experience (shop or field).

• Technical Skill: Ability to pass a hands-on welding test during the interview.

• Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to PPE requirements and shop safety protocols
