About the Role: We are partnering with a fast-paced, growing company seeking Structural Steel Welders & Fabricators for a full-time 2nd shift position. This is a great opportunity for individuals early in their welding career who are eager to grow their skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience in structural steel welding and be familiar with Flux Core (FCAW) processes, with exposure to AWS D1.1 standards preferred. Responsibilities: • Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints to complete welds to required specifications • Perform Flux Core welding (FCAW) in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards • Measure, calculate, and verify materials for accuracy • Maintain quality standards to meet structural requirements • Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficientlyQualifications: • Entry-level to experienced candidates encouraged to apply • Background in structural welding, fabrication, or manufacturing is a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Basic knowledge of welding procedures and safety standards • AWS D1.1 certification preferred • If not certified, must be able to pass AWS D1.1 test within 30 days of hire • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbsBenefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insuranceAdditional Requirements: • Ability to commute to Burlington and\or Graham, NC (preferred) • Willingness to relocate before starting work (preferred) • Work performed on-siteJoin a team that values hard work, skill development, and long-term growth. #DHIR26
