The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.Responsibilities: • Perform MIG welding on various metal components • Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment • Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Meet production goals and deadlinesQualifications: • Previous MIG welding experience required • Experience with robotic welding systems preferred • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic#LIND26
