Responsibilities

• Select and apply the correct welding process (MIG, TIG, Stick) for diverse materials.
• Read and translate blueprints/technical drawings into precise, sequenced steps.
• Verify weld quality through inspection and testing to meet structural and finish criteria.
• Keep welding machines, torches, and tools calibrated and ready.
• Align with teammates to achieve throughput and deadline targets.
• Model safe habits and adhere to shop safety standards.
• Mentor less-experienced welders to raise the overall bar.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience.
• Fluent in blueprint and spec interpretation.
• Detail-first mindset and consistent quality output.
• Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working solo or in a team.
• Certifications (AWS/ASME) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift, position, and maneuver heavy materials/equipment safely.
