Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our team. Established in 1945, we specialize in building large-scale dewatering and flood-pumping systems for various applications and have a strong reputation in our local market.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components with accuracy.
• Fit, assemble, and repair pumps, frames, structural, large vehicle, and mechanical systems.
• Read and follow drawings, measurements, and build instructions.
• Use fabrication tools such as saws, torches, grinders, and presses.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle materials safely.
• Ask questions when needed and take notes to stay aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG/TIG/Stick welding.
• Solid mechanical understanding and hands-on ability.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• A mindset built around effort, improvement, and results.

Additional Information

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
