Job Description
Overview
The Robotic Weld Operator is responsible for tack welding parts together and operating a Robotic Weld Cell, specifically using Fanuc Lincoln technology. This role involves finishing welding and touch-ups on post-welded parts.
Responsibilities
- Tack parts together for Robotic Weld.
- Operate and run Robotic Weld Cell (Fanuc Lincoln).
- Finish Welding and Weld touchup of post-welded parts.
Requirements
- Perform basic crane lifts.
- Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill, etc.).
- Effectively communicate potential quality and/or compliance deviations.
- Complete all quality related documentation as per work instructions.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Blueprint Reading.
- Proficient in Industrial Robot Programming.
- Welding Setups for Production.
