Overview
Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Airport Lounge Cleaner to join their team at The Club in the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The position offers flexible scheduling and a fun, fast-paced work environment, along with various benefits including a signing bonus and monthly stipend.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of cleaning duties in support of company operations.
- Ensure clubroom and specified areas are kept clean and orderly.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and other areas.
- Restock bar supplies and ensure health standards are met.
- Clean dishware and operate the dishwasher.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Disinfect restrooms and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Wash walls, clean windows, and maintain cleanliness in breakrooms.
- Assist with deliveries and carry cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass airport authority security background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Related background in housekeeping or janitorial service.
- Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and possess verbal communication skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
