Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fabricator who can efficiently turn drawings into finished products while improving fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of ownership and growth within a high-functioning team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Communicate clearly, troubleshoot issues, and adapt on the fly to keep production moving.
• Apply multiple fabrication techniques to produce high-quality finished parts.
• Add value by identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality.

Requirements

• Versatility across fabrication methods (cutting, forming, welding, finishing).
• A creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and add value beyond the task at hand.
• 5 years of TIG welding experience (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Holland, MI 49424 (required).
