Overview
Saugus Auto Craft Inc. is a fast-paced, quality-driven collision repair shop dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and craftsmanship. We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in medium to heavy collision repairs, including structural work and frame repair.
Responsibilities
- Perform medium to heavy collision repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Replace and repair structural components including quarter panels, floor pans, and rear body panels.
- Conduct frame pulling and structural straightening.
- Complete dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other fabrication techniques.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an auto body/collision repair shop.
- Strong experience with frame repair and pulling.
- Experience with panel replacement including door skins and quarter panels.
- Proficient in sheet metal work and welding, preferably MIG.
- Ability to perform repairs independently without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards.
- Valid driver's license.
