Overview
Join Design Communications Ltd. (DCL), a premier custom manufacturer of high-visibility architectural products, as a Fabricator. We are looking for a highly creative and self-motivated individual to build custom signs, displays, and architectural elements in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various fabrication techniques including cutting, bending, welding, and adhering materials.
- Prepare materials for the Paint department.
- Manage time and multiple priorities effectively in a schedule-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience in metal fabrication (aluminum preferred), welding, and/or carpentry with high-end finishes.
- Degree or training in sculpture or another art medium is highly desired.
- Skilled with power and hand tools and able to read blueprints/shop drawings.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds, standing for long periods, and working under tight deadlines.
- High levels of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Able to mentor and work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
