Overview

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various saws and cutting equipment to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws and cutting machines efficiently and safely to produce parts as per specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring tools.
• Assemble components as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production standards.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating stamping presses, milling machines, or plasma cutting equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical discharge machining is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in quality inspection processes are essential.
• Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Work Location: In person
• First shift: 6am-4:30pm; Monday-Thursday
• Second shift: 4pm-2:30am; Monday-Thursday
• Weekend shift: 6am-6:30pm; Friday-Sunday
