Overview
At Harris Fabrication, we build heavy-duty steel equipment that keeps major industrial operations running—air filtration systems, bulk storage, and custom ductwork used across the country. This isn’t production welding; this is real fabrication. We’re looking for welders who take pride in their work, know their way around MIG or Flux Core, and want to be part of a shop that builds large-scale equipment that actually matters.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel and fabricated assemblies
- Read prints and weld to spec with consistency and precision
- Work alongside fabricators to build large industrial systems from the ground up
- Use grinders and hand tools to prep and finish welds
- Check your work for strength, quality, and fit-up
- Keep your area clean, safe, and dialed in
Requirements
- Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding
- Ability to read and follow basic fabrication prints
- Strong attention to detail and weld quality
- Shows up ready to work and takes pride in the trade
