Overview

As a Welder Fabricator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects by demonstrating strong metal fabrication skills and effective coordination with project teams. You will perform various welding and fabrication tasks and travel to construction sites for installation, ensuring all work meets project standards and maintains a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks for structural and decorative work.
• Layout, cut, fit, weld, and assemble metal components.
• Travel to construction sites to install fabricated assemblies.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Ensure all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Mentor other craft team members and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a welder fabricator on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong skills in MIG/TIG/Stick welding, metal fabrication, layout, and installation.
• Experience with structural components and decorative architectural elements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, workmanship, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
