Responsibilities

• Set up and align the Cobot with weld fixtures.
• Manage torches and ensure safe operating parameters.
• Program the Cobot to create weld paths based on blueprints.
• Monitor the welding process and address errors.
• Load and unload parts into and from the fixture.
• Visually inspect welds for quality.
• Report welding defects using prescribed methods.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on the Cobot.
• Work safely using required personal protective equipment.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and maintain a clean work environment.
