Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with advanced fabrication and manufacturing experience. This role blends hands-on technical ability with project oversight, requiring someone who can read blueprints, manage production workflows, and support complex builds involving carbon fiber, sheet metal, and robotic systems.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including carbon fiber components and stainless steel.
- Program and operate robotic welding and fabrication systems.
- Work with burst and sheet metal processes.
- Obtain pricing and source materials from vendors.
- Use AutoCAD with strong 3D modeling experience to support design and production.
- Operate or support operation of Cincinnati Press equipment.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure production goals are met.
- Communicate with internal teams to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years minimum experience in fabrication, welding, or manufacturing project coordination.
- Strong MIG and TIG welding proficiency.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- Experience with carbon fiber fabrication (required).
- Stainless steel experience (preferred).
- AutoCAD proficiency with 3D modeling (required).
- Experience programming robotic systems.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and burst processes.
- Ability to source materials and obtain pricing.
- Cincinnati Press experience is a plus.
