Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction teams. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency, contributing to essential infrastructure and building solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, FCAW, TIG welding, and other welding techniques to join metals according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to prepare materials for welding and assembly.
  • Execute fire sprinkler fitting, pipe bending, tube bending, and plumbing tasks with precision.
  • Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy components safely on construction sites or manufacturing facilities.
  • Maintain compliance with ASME codes & standards for pressure vessels, pipelines, and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting mechanical issues using schematic diagrams and mechanical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and pipe welding in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, pipeline installation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, soldering equipment, and tube bending tools.
  • Experience working on construction sites or in industrial manufacturing settings with a focus on safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to pressure vessels and pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations confidently.
  • Familiarity with rigging techniques for lifting heavy components safely.
