Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our fabrication shop in Conroe, TX. This is a senior-level role for someone who brings precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to every job.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabrication projects to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with shop team on fabrication and assembly tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• High attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
• Experience in a fabrication shop environment
• Welding certification preferred but not required
• Reliable, professional, and a strong team contributor
