Overview
ImageLife is a growing design-build architectural signage company based in Nashville, TN, specializing in custom fabricated signage and wayfinding systems. They are looking for a Lead Sign Fabricator to play a key role in their fabrication department and help drive the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom architectural signage, monuments, dimensional letters, and specialty sign components.
- Perform aluminum welding and metal fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred).
- Cut, fit, assemble and finish custom sign projects from drawings and production files.
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, brakes, shears, routers and standard shop tools.
- Work closely with design and project management to bring custom concepts to life.
- Help improve fabrication processes, quality, and production flow.
- Support growth of the fabrication shop and help set the standard for craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years fabrication or welding experience required.
- Sign industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience in metal fab, cabinetry, millwork, or custom manufacturing welcomed.
- Ability to read shop drawings and work from production details.
- Pride in clean work, problem solving, and craftsmanship.
- Self-starter who wants to help build something.
