Overview

Quality Metal Stamping (QMS) is a 4th generation family manufacturing business focused on continuous improvement and expansion. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality metal products in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabricate metal components according to specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Knowledge of fabrication processes
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Certification in welding is preferred but not required
