Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types in various positions within process limitations.
• Remove and install rolls of weld wire and make necessary equipment adjustments.
• Interpret blueprints and weld symbols to produce welds to print specifications.
• Use proper welding techniques and adjust equipment to produce quality welds.
• Prepare parts necessary for welding.
• Repair defective welds to print specifications.
• Clean up welded parts per print specifications.
• Follow written welding procedures and work instructions.
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Professional welding experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and carry out detailed instructions.
• Pass appropriate internal welding certification.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading and weld symbols.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Additional Information

• Starting Pay is $22.00.
• 4 x 10 schedule Mon.-Thur. 4:30A-3:00P.
• Some Fridays may be required.
