Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our trailer manufacturing team. This role operates in a fast-paced production environment where quality and efficiency are critical.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on trailer components according to specifications and blueprints
• Maintain consistent weld quality in a high-speed production setting
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols
• Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Operate all power tools and machinery on the weld line(s) effectively and respectfully
• Perform quality checks and product inspections by completing final inspection sheets
• Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to shift startup
• Assist in other areas and perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output setting
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check
