Overview

At Techo-Bloc, we manufacture landscaping products focused on design, durability, and flair. Our Mold Repair employees are responsible for performing all maintenance and repair duties for production mold kits.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance inspections of molds for damage or defects.
• Conduct thorough inspections on new molds to ensure all dimensions are within tolerance.
• Use precision measuring equipment/tools to verify dimensions.
• Document all work performed.
• Inspect damaged parts, determine nature of repair, and use tools for reworking or refinishing.
• Apply proper mechanical techniques and use power and hand tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Complete scheduled cleaning of molds to ensure optimum production output.
• Assist the maintenance department with assigned duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially health and safety guidelines.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications.
• Wear personal protective equipment as per training guidelines.
• Operate forklifts to transport molds.
• Utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, with extensive TIG welding required.
• Self-motivate and work autonomously.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.

Additional Information

• Pay rate is $25/hr-$27/hr.
• Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am to 5:30pm.
• Location is Pen Argyl, PA.
