Overview

We are hiring Fabricators for a growing shop in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience working with metal, reading blueprints, and operating shop equipment. This role offers steady hours with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Set machine stops or guides to specified lengths
• Monitor machine operations and identify defects or malfunctions
• Measure workpiece dimensions for accuracy
• Stack, mark, and package finished products
• Work with a solid team and grow your fabrication career in a stable shop environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of fabrication or related experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic machine maintenance
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using shop tools such as overhead crane, forklift, wrenches, and grinders preferred
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 100+ lbs occasionally (with assistance)
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment
• Welding hood and gear required
• Must wear OSHA-approved PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
• Must pass drug test and background check
