Overview

Refrigeration Systems Construction & Service (RSCS) is a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-grade industrial ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems. They are seeking highly skilled Pipe Welders with 3-5 years of experience in industrial pipe welding to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding in both shop and field environments.
• Stick welding using 6010 & 7018 electrodes.
• TIG welding stainless steel with precision and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Travel as required, sometimes on short notice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder in the Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration industry.
• Proficiency in stick welding (6010 & 7018) and TIG welding stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
• Clean driving record and dependability.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including short-notice assignments.
