Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot welding issues, providing solutions as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG, TIG, and ARC welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
