Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency, ensuring all projects meet safety standards and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Perform MIG/Aluminum MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding techniques.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
• Perform basic math calculations for fabrication accuracy.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely during material handling and assembly processes.
• Fabricate components for construction projects such as architectural systems, piping systems, or structural frameworks following ASME codes & standards.

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with hands-on welding and fabrication work.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW welding techniques; experience with aluminum welding preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, assembly processes, rigging operations, and basic math skills.
• Experience working with sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely on construction sites or manufacturing facilities is a plus.
