J&T Welding and Fabrication

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and possess mechanical knowledge to work effectively in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for welding such as cutting, grinding and fitting
• Weld using primarily Mig machines
• Utilize hand tools for welding and fitting tasks
• Work with precision to achieve desired results
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in welding and fabrication a must
• Proficiency in using forklifts for material handling preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations a must
• Ability to operate machinery and perform machining tasks preferred
• Familiarity with materials handling and crane operations
• Capability to fabricate and work with various materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
