To succeed in this position, you will be thorough and hardworking, demonstrate a strong working knowledge and prove you are committed to safety and quality.

Requirements

• MUST be able to read blueprints
• 5 years minimum experience in structural fitting and/or welding
• Knowledge of both flux & mig weld processes
• Must be able to pass a 3G and 5G Plate test
• Significant hands-on experience working on a production floor
• Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions
• I beam test (cope & weld)
• Forklift experience
• Cutting torch
• Able to perform physically demanding work—standing, bending, lifting 25 lbs regularly
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player and self-starter
