Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding techniques to join metals with precision.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape sheet metal and structural parts.
• Measure materials accurately with a tape measure and other precision tools to ensure proper fitment.
• Conduct rigging, machining, and assembly tasks as required for project completion.
• Support construction site activities by providing mechanical knowledge and fabricating custom parts in the shop as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in manufacturing environments involving welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including rigging and assembly processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.
