Overview

Fluid Motion, LLC, a manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs, is looking to expand its Fabrication department in Arlington, WA, seeking a Metal Polisher to assist in various areas of the welding department including assembly, polishing, metal cutting, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand a tape measure to 1/32.
• Grind and polish unfinished parts.
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in departmental housekeeping.
• Use hand tools, powered grinders, and sanders to deburr machined parts.
• Actively participate in company-sponsored training programs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to keep up with productivity goals.
• Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.

• Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 5am to 1:30pm.
