Overview

Munson Boats is seeking Welder Fitter Fabricators to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients. This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek, allowing for a great work-life balance with a three-day weekend every week.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality aluminum welding with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks and other vessel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure precise fit-up and proper welding techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work efficiently within a team of 3-4 persons under the direction of a lead supervisor.
