Responsibilities

• Apply job knowledge and company procedures to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Perform semi-routine welding assignments, recognizing when deviations from standard practices are needed.
• Complete in-house welding certification for aluminum or titanium.
• Weld aluminum and/or titanium frames and components per specifications and training.
• Ensure consistent weld quality by identifying and addressing issues such as contamination, uniformity, and tie-in defects.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand skills across both aluminum and titanium welding.
• Maintain a low failure rate in weld quality; participate in retraining if standards are not met.
• Understand fabrication processes and product variations.
• Read and interpret CAD files and 1:1 blueprints accurately.
• Operate fabrication and welding tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and follow all instructions and procedures.
• Support company quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve over time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of prior weld certification course (required).
• Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
• Typically requires a general education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training.

Benefits

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm.
• Overtime may be available based on business needs.
