Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate metal components.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment such as drill presses, bandsaws, grinders, and cutting torches.
- Take precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Assemble components according to specifications and ASME codes and standards.
- Safely operate forklifts and rigging equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, quality expectations, and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication, preferably in a production or custom manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes.
- Strong understanding of structural aluminum fabrication (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols accurately.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and basic math skills for layout and measurement.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
- Working knowledge of safety procedures in a welding/fabrication environment.

- Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
