Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of the fabrication process.
• Assist in creating top-quality ductwork systems.
• Work closely with experienced team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every project.
• Fabricate HVAC ductwork and fittings using plasma table, roll forming equipment, and press brake.
• Assist with fireplace-related fabrication.
• Maintain shop organization and cleanliness.
• Support installation teams with accurate, timely work.
• Learn and apply field measurement processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education.
• Mid level (3) years of experience.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong integrity and a customer-first mindset.
• Motivation to grow into a leadership role.
• Highly coachable and committed to excellence.
