Overview

The Welder position at Novae LLC involves welding quality trailers while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Weld quality trailers with outstanding service in a safe manner.
• Ensure personal safety by using designated PPE and tools.
• Report to work on time to support production goals.
• Operate power tools and machinery on the weld line effectively.
• Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and product inspections as directed.
• Conduct daily inspections on equipment prior to shift startup.
• Assist in other areas and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent demonstrated skills.
• Good physical stamina and coordination to lift 80 pounds.
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
