Overview
Lister Concrete Products is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator/installer to join their growing company. The role involves making railings for precast steps, fabricating custom railings, and installing an aluminum railing system, with all employees cross-trained in various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Make railings for the precast step line.
- Fabricate custom railings.
- Install the aluminum railing system.
Requirements
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- 2 years of welding experience (Required).
- 2 years of metal fabrication experience (Required).
