Overview

The Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication role involves supporting product flow in manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment functionality, and fabricating custom metal parts using various techniques and tools. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in support positions focused on product flow throughout manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Maintenance personnel to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimum working order.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for quality fabrication of custom metal parts.
• Utilize Tig welding techniques to join metal components per callouts.
• Set up and operate industrial power equipment such as CNC Laser, CNC Punch, Powder Coating, and Press Brake.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 codes and standards for quality and safety.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, Virtek, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures when working with metal fabrication equipment.

Requirements

• 2 years of fabrication experience (Required).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Knowledge of safety procedures when working with metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to communicate in English (Required).
• Ability to commute to Reno, NV 89506 (Required).
