Overview

HMFG is seeking skilled Production Processors to join our team. As a Processor, you will be responsible for layout, sawing, shearing, drilling, bending, and/or burning metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure steel parts to the nearest 1/32".
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Cut and process steel according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Proficient in reading a tape measure.
• Experience with sheet metal & structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with various hand tools used in metalworking.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers.
• MIG welding: 3 years (Required).
• English (Required).
