Overview

United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company that provides a comprehensive range of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join our operations team, playing an essential role in fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and components used in landscaping and hardscaping.

Responsibilities

• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal parts for landscape equipment, trailers, hardscape structures, and fence systems including gates, posts, and panels.
• Perform MIG, Stick, and occasional TIG welding to maintain and repair metal assets.
• Read and interpret blueprints or repair instructions for custom fabrication projects, particularly for decorative and structural fencing solutions.
• Assist with the upkeep and modification of vehicles, equipment frames, gates, metal fencing, and other steel structures.
• Ensure all welding and fabrication tasks are performed to code, with a strong focus on safety and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both shop and field environments.
• Collaborate with field crews and mechanics to support daily operational needs, especially on fencing installations and repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of welding and metal fabrication experience; landscaping, construction, or fence installation experience is a plus.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding; ability to cut, grind, and fabricate as needed.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend or emergency work.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
